  • IS YOUR KITCHEN REGISTERED?
    Absolutely! All our products are prepared in a council-registered kitchen in accordance with the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Code. We also hold all the necessary food handling certificates.
  • HOW MUCH NOTICE TO YOU REQUIRE?
    For our platters we require 2 days notice and for our desserts we require 4 days notice. However, if you do require a last minute order please contact us & we will try our best to accommodate your order. Please note, some dates may close earlier due to being fully booked. We recommend booking in early to avoid the possibility of missing out on your date.
  • HOW CAN I PROVIDE FEEDBACK?
    We pride ourselves on using fresh & quality ingredients to ensure that you and your guests enjoy every single mouthful! If we could have done things a little better please let us know by emailing allthingspartyco@hotmail.com as we are always looking to improve.   • HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOUR PLATTERS FEED?
    We pride ourselves on providing platters that are fresh, jam packed with a wide variety of fresh, quality and local produce. Our severing size is very generous and would easily feed more than what we have stated depending on how big of an appetite you or the receipt have but we like to say Our Platters feed; Small - minimum 2 people Medium - minimum 4 people Large - minimum 6 people
  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
    We are located in Manor Lakes, VIC
  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
    We have four delivery zones that cover a huge amount of suburbs, so we are sure to deliver to your house! If we don't cover your suburb, simply send us a message. We may be able to help
  • WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
    We deliver 7 days a week. Certain times frames allocated. Need your order delivered outside of our delivery times? Simply send us a message to see what we can do.
  • WHAT TIME WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Delivery times are Monday to Friday from 10am - 2pm and Saturday + Sunday from 8am - 12noon Our Breakfast platters are delivered between 8am - 10am Saturday + Sunday and from 10am on weekdays All other order are delivered between 9am and 12noon. Unless otherwise has been arranged. If you like you can make note of your preferred delivery time when placing your order. Although we cannot can guaranteed that time will be available but we will try our best to accommodate.
  • CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD?
    Absolutely! All our platters + desserts can be collected from our kitchen in Manor Lakes with notice. Our pickup times are Monday to Friday from 10am - 2pm and Saturday + Sunday from 8am - 2pm You are welcome to make note of your preferred pick up time when placing your order, so we can make sure your order is all ready for when your arrive. However, we will confirm your pickup time with you prior. * Please note your desired pickup time may not be available, if that is the case will contact you directly to arrange an alternative time.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?
    It is extremely important someone is home to accept delivery in the given time frame, as food should be consumed immediately upon delivery or refrigerated until ready to be served. if nobody is home to accept delivery, we will attempt to call the recipient to advise of a safe place to leave at the premises and if safe to do so. We will not accept any responsibility if your order is left unattended. If the order is deemed undeliverable the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
  • CAN I CUSTOMISE A PLATTER?
    Of course. Simply send us a message to discuss your needs.
  • CAN YOU CATER TO SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENT?
    Where we can, absolutely! Our platters options include Nut Free, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan + Pregnancy Friendly Our desserts options include Nut Free + Lactose Free * Please note while we do offer allergen friendly options, we are unable to guarantee that our platters + desserts are completely free of allergens and we highly recommend taking this into consideration when placing your order with us.
  • IS THERE A MINIUM FOR DESSERTS?
    We require a minimum of 12 cups per flavour. However, we do have the option for some of our desserts to have 2 flavours. Just look out for our Pick + Mix options.
  • CAN DESSERTS BE MADE TO SUIT MY THEME?
    Absolutely. We can customise most of our desserts to suit your theme, simply message us to find out more.
  • HOW DO I ADD DELIVERY FOR CHECKOUT?
    Easy! If you are on the "CART" page, simply click Estimate Shipping and follow the prompts and your delivery zone will automatically be calculated. If your delivery address isn't in one of our delivery zones, it will automatically select pickup. If you are on our "CHECKOUT" page, simply click the cart button and click on Victoria, Australia under store pickup and follow the prompts. This will then automatically calculate which delivery zone your address falls under. If your still stuck, send us a message. We will happily help you!
